The painting depicts a town with colourful buildings and boats flanking a river. with a bridge in the foreground. The detail of the large advertisement painted on one of the buildings is a playful detail.

The painting is in very good condition with no damage. It is well presented in a painted wooden frame which has mild age-related wear, ready to hang.
