The frame is solid beech wood with removable leather cushions and the iconic feature of the Ilona with its leather strap supports that hold the sofa together.
There is age-related wear with some marks and fading but it’s structurally in great nick . The top two leather straps have been replaced with matching leather straps at some stage as shown in the photos.
