20th Century Abstract Landscape Oil On Canvas

Delicious somewhat ambiguous landscape. The artist has explored a somewhat blurred, fudged half of the painting contrasting with defined impasto brushstrokes in the foreground.

The painting is displayed in a wooden artist’s frame ready to hang. There is one small hole in the lower left corner of the painting as shown in the photos it does not detract from the piece.

The painting is unsigned, the artist is unknown but it is titled ‘Landskap Sicilien’ on Verso which translates as Landscape Sicily.
