Original Landscape Oil Painting ‘Space’

Swathes of umber and mustard yellow bread with russet red and burning orange depicting the sky at sunrise or sunset casting long shadows from the tree trunks.

The piece has been framed in a contemporary wooden tray frame which allows the uneven edge of the artists board to show.

The piece is signed to the lower the lower right corner of the painting but the signature is indistinct. There are notations on the verso and titled ‘Rymd’ which translates as ‘space’ from Swedish.

The painting is in good condition it has paint marks and wear to the edge from sitting inside a previous frame.

Dimensions including frame 60cm wide x 54cm height x 3.5cm deep.
