Original Modernist Nature Morte Oil Painting

The still life painting has a wonderfully muddy palette of rich Damson Purples amongst the Truffle Browns which work wonderfully with Von Boehm’s style, where the viewer only partially glimpses the light struck areas of the objects and subjects within the scene.

The painting is newly framed in a wooden tray frame that compliments the original rough-cut edges of the board.

Signed to the lower left of the painting with the Artists Initials scored into the piece.
