Original Modernist Nature Morte Oil Painting

The still life painting has a wonderfully muddy palette of rich Damson Purples amongst the Truffle Browns which work wonderfully with Von Boehm’s style, where the viewer only partially glimpses the light-struck areas of the objects and subjects within the scene.

The painting is newly framed in a wooden tray frame that compliments the original rough-cut edges of the board.

Signed to the lower left of the painting with the artist's Initials scored into the piece.
