Original 20th Century Artwork by the British/ Australian Artist George Popperwell

Popperwell’s work has been Internationally exhibited and is widely collected.

Unsigned but authenticated.

Oil on hessian with knotted textile, there is a row of holes through the hessian running down the right with strokes of blue oil shown on the wooden frame beneath. There are irregular pierced holes to the lower left area of the artwork.

The piece is in sound condition.
